1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will not be processed.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and your location within the UK:

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Large furniture items: 7–14 business days (may require scheduling with our delivery partner).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all UK orders.
No additional fees will be charged at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details to follow your delivery status online.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In that case, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe a part of your order is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@wohndesigno.com with photos and order details. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
