At WOHNDESIGNO, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

• In its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

Please note that custom-made or personalised furniture items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@wohndesigno.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

3. Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@wohndesigno.com. Include photos of the issue and your order details.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
